Really loved this beer. I’d been on a steady died of dull French blonde beers, but this thing just had so much more depth to it. The dark copper color is the first clue, then the Abbaye/Leffe-like clovey yeast note, then a smooth sweetness of well-hidden alcohol, with a crisp finish. Great value and sold in most French supermarkets too.

Aromas of cereal, fruit, some light caramel, and maybe a bit earthy hops. Tastes are light sweet very light bitter. Alcohol is well hidden. Light body with lively carbonation.

Great bottle. Love the re-sealable pop tops. Really appealing pour. Very orange with tons of hits clingy head. Odd scent I can’t quite place. Some type of cleaning product. Some hops there as well. Yeasty. A touch sour and sweet. High carbonation, almost fizzy. Not sure how I feel about this one. I think it’s a bad mix after the porter I just had. No real boozy taste despite the abv.
