In short: A big fruity imperial stout. Good beer,

The look: Black body topped by a medium tan head leaving lots of lacings
In long: Nose is baked dark fruits upfront and roast in the back. Tastes is very fruity, lots of dates, baked dark fruits, fresh prunes. There is also some molasses and some roast. Almost no hops presence. This is a big dark fruity dessert beer. A bit too sweet and syrupy for me but still a very good example of the style. I didn’t expect for find a solid heavy beer like this one in Matana of all places. Once again, best wishes to the new La Fabrique, keep on the good work, hope you reach your goals. In eastern Quebec it’s important to have goals. Especially when playing hockey.
