COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wheat beer, unfiltered Belgian style. Veiled behind her robe, we find hints of grain and coriander. Discrete hopping leaves room for spicy and fruity Belgian yeast.

On tap at brewpub. A hazy whitish yellow with a short lived white head. Aroma is fruity (oranges) and spicy. Flavor is orange, wheat, tropical fruit, coriander. Finish is herbal and spicy, lingering oranges. Light body, soft mouthfeel, weak to average carbonation. Fresh, refreshing and loyal to the style.

(Rating #4545)

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2013 In short: A basic wheat beer with usual banana, spiciness and all. Basic example of this simple style..
How: Tap at brewpub.
The look: Cloudy yellow-blonde body topped by a large white head with good retention
In long: Nose is wheaty with some bananas and usual style spiciness (coriander, etc.). In mouth the beer packs some wheat, oily cereals, a few slices of bananas on a baguette, a bit of lemon juice. Mild acidity/tartness. Not much of the coriander, orange peels or other spices/adjuncts often used in brewpub witbiers. Only a light natural spiciness. Body was medium, not too corpulent for the style. This is straightforward refreshing wheat beer that offers enough flavors connoisseur while remaining easy to approach the beer neophyte. It is the first time in my life that I share a beer with my mother that we both enjoyed. It was nice sharing a pint a beer with my mother, but it was also a bit awkward, both of us should have been more honest on our eHarmony profile.
