COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Amber beer with hints of deep red, it shows a pearly white foam. Its floral nose gives way to mouth a flood of American hops well supported by roasted malts and caramelized. A strong bitter flavors in the final are hints of pine, grapefruit and toasted hazelnuts.

In short: A generously hopped (mostly coniferous) and well malted amber ale. Very nice
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Clear dark golden body topped by a long-lasting medium off-white head
In long: Pleasant hoppy nose that proposes plenty of coniferous slightly citrusy hops with light grassy spicy twist. Taste has a lot of toasted caramelized malts, toasted bread crust, some toasted nuts, plenty of coniferous hops, light spiciness. Bitterness level is in the low-medium range and the finish is pleasantly dry. Appropriate medium carbonation. This is a very well balanced beer (not a hop-bomb) with a good maltiness. Probably the best beer I’ve had from a brewery/brewpub in eastern Quebec (not a good beer area in Quebec).. I’m wishing the best to this new brewpub, but being a successful true craftbeer brewpub in eastern Quebec will probably be as difficult as being a honest Nigerian businessman trying to make a honest living on the internet.
