Nov 20, 2005 A dark orange cider with no head. The aroma contains lots of apples, but also a slight hint of alcohol. The flavor is wonderful, sugar sweet with strong notes of apples, and a rather dry end. The sourness from the apples bites the tongue slightly.

Very full and rich body with these intense, sugary notes - apple syrup perhaps, perhaps even with a touch of cinnamon. There’s a vague, underlying acidity. Truly delicious. 191207

Jul 18, 2005 Bright light golden colour, with legs. Sweet aroma with bright fruits, pie crust and sugar. Rich, brown sugar palate with lots of fruit. Warmth comes in late but well-balanced by all the sugars. Light spice in the finish. A liquified apple crumble.

Sweet flavour of apples and almonds with some acidity and notes of wood and alcohol.
