| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 2, 2008 It’s hardly fair to rate this side by side with beers, but I’ll try. Clear yellow orange with no head, obviously. Sweet aroma and flavor, apple with honeyish syrup quality. Very pure extracted apple essence. Completely different experience from drinking beer or wine. Really cool to get to try this, I got the set with the 200ml bottle that came with two glasses, so it didn’t last very long. Next time I’ll definitely pick up the 1L bottle. Nice golden color with solid legs. Aroma of rich apples, a bit of honey and brown sugar, and some light alcohol. Flavor is wonderfully sweet with ripe, sugary apples, sugary syrup, and a crisp acidity that is awesome. Fantastic beverage! cgarvieuk (4177), Edinburgh, Scotland
