3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
75 cl bottle (7,5%) @ home, bottled 17.12.2013
Vertical with Swing Dry Apple Strong Cider
Aroma is mellow with some floury apples and hints of gastric acid. Flavour is somewhat acidic with ripe apples, apple peel, hints of white wine and apple juice. Dry finish with mellow unusual spiciness, more apple peel and hints of milk. Also slight feeling of alcohol on some sips. A disappointment, too much white wine for my taste.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
75 cl bottle @ Timo A.
Pours clear golden color with a small head. Quite intense apple aroma, some gooseberries with mild wooden notes. Lots of sweet apples and hay on the flavor, mild grassy notes, gooseberries and faint yeasty notes. Strong carbonation, alcohol fairly well hidden. Nice.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle @ home. Clear bright golden pour with aggressive initial carbonation. Sweet apple and honey on the nose. Hints of vanilla and some creamy caramel. Slight yeast as well. Flavor is really heavy on the caramel and sweet apple juice. Some pie crust and light acidity. A mild spiciness to it as well. Pretty good, as I’d expect from these guys.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle shared with some brahs, pours champagne color with large bubbled head, doesn’t last. Aromas is beautiful with sugary Apple, earth skins, and caramel crust. Flavor is most of the same but not as thick or rich as a normal Neige. Much more champange forward but delicately niceeee.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow with a touch of gold strong visible carbonation with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has rich sweet apple with a bit of tartness and a touch of cinnamon. Flavor has rich sweet apple throughout backed by a bit of cinnamon and dryness. Heavily carbonated.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Smells like a sweet apple. Pours a nice golden color with very little white head. Tastes sweet but not overpoweringly so. Lots of sugary appley goodness. Nice mouthfeel. Overall, would drink this again.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
750ML bottle. split 2 ways in stemware. dark orange appearance, not a lot of bubbles compared to most ciders. nose is on the sweeter side with ripened apples and some oak. doesn’t have that fresh apple cider taste, the ice cider added actually makes this a bit hard to swallow. lots of sweetness, not dry at all.will still drink it but not a huge fan.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
(1077-170514)

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
[ Bottle ][ 75cl ][ La Face Cachee ][ Free ][ Neige Stemware ][ 5/27/14 ]
>> Big carbonation, champagne bubbles, clear light golden pour. Fizzing out soda foam. This is their straightforward demi-sec cider with a dosing of Neige Premiere ice cider to keep it from being all brut and too dry. Very light sugariness and a hint of cinnamon apple pie in the nose. But overall it is simple and refreshing though not as bright and crisp as the Negel and lacking a super acidic palate. Definitely more in the American cider swing of things, not complex like some French ciders.
