750 ml bottle from my mom. Nose is tart green apples, honey, and a light mild white cheese note. Clear bubbly gold with a medium white head. Flavor is lightly tart apples with a moderate sweetness . Not as nice as their pure ice ciders, but a nice tasting blend.

Bottle, thanks KyotoLefty! Clear amber liquid. Aroma of apples, mineral, light earth and light pear. Taste is highly sweet with notes of raw sugar, apples and honey. Full bodied with sticky mouthfeel. Really good.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly dry, with only a touch of sweetness from the apples and a sort of champagne yeast. Flavour is really wonderfully constructed, with champagne yeast, dry apples and a lovely spritzy finish. Carbonated well, with just enough sweetness. Fantastic balance. Excellent.

750 ml bottle shared by JStax - wow, thanks Jeremy! Pours a cloudy pale gold with a small white head. Pretty sweet and balanced - apple, honey, vanilla, pie crust, mild spice. Low acidity. Medium-bodied, with a sweet and lightly tart balanced mouthfeel. Nice cider, although it didn’t quite measure up to the West End ones we’d had right before or other LFC ones I’ve had - but I do admit to being a little tipsy by this point.

750 ml bottle poured into a tulip glass. The cider is a clear hellow with a white head of foam. The aroma has a very noticeable gorgonzola presence and as it opens up, I get more of an aged parmesan or an asiago. The taste is a nicely funky sweetness and a pleasant mild acidity. Soft carbonation and pretty high carbonation.

Bottle sample @ Troy’s Bday tasting @ Stein & Vine. Thanks Chad.

Sample from a bottle. ABV listed as 7.5%. Retail 14.99. Clear golden color. Minimal head. Nice sweet yellow apple up front, mild prickly skin character. Moderate-plus sweet taste, lightly slick and syrupy. Light bit of tartness. Medium-plus body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Solid cider, though a touch on the sweet side. Sweetness lingers slightly. It’s pleasant, though.

Bottle. Clear yellow-gold pour with a small white head. Sweet and slightly tart apple aroma with a spice I can’t place. Lightly tart taste with good depth, tasty stuff.
