Bottle: thanks, Jeff! Extremely pale & clear body, barely straw with a bubbly white, champagne head that's gone in moments. Aroma is faint apple, honey, & some light cheese. Dry, even a little funky? Taste is crisp & clean with notes of green apple, honey, cotton, & a sugary finish. Dry & highly carbonated like a champagne. It's no premiere, but it's still pretty tasty.

Smells like a sweet apple. Pours a nice golden color with very little white head. Tastes sweet but not overpoweringly so. Lots of sugary appley goodness. Nice mouthfeel. Overall, would drink this again.

750ML bottle. split 2 ways in stemware. dark orange appearance, not a lot of bubbles compared to most ciders. nose is on the sweeter side with ripened apples and some oak. doesn’t have that fresh apple cider taste, the ice cider added actually makes this a bit hard to swallow. lots of sweetness, not dry at all.will still drink it but not a huge fan.

(1077-170514)

>> Big carbonation, champagne bubbles, clear light golden pour. Fizzing out soda foam. This is their straightforward demi-sec cider with a dosing of Neige Premiere ice cider to keep it from being all brut and too dry. Very light sugariness and a hint of cinnamon apple pie in the nose. But overall it is simple and refreshing though not as bright and crisp as the Negel and lacking a super acidic palate. Definitely more in the American cider swing of things, not complex like some French ciders.

Very pale and clear cider...foamy white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is appley but champagney. Flavor is honey crisp apples meets champagne...nice mild honey. Light Mouthfeel and a dry apple finish.

pours hazy pale golden with a small white cap, little retention. fresh red apple skins, vinous notes - rosé-like, other fruits - pears for instance, touch of leather and wood, hint of tartness - citrus, some sweetness. almost prickly carbonation, light body - nice texture, drying lightly herbal, spicy and yeasty finish. decent refreshing offering but again, i’m still not convinced with carbonated ice cider/wine.

Bottle (750 ml). Clear yellow with a lot of bubbles and a small white head. Aroma is mild with apple, vanilla and light spices. Taste is also mild with apples, spices, vanilla and light sweetness. Alcohol is well hidden. Medium body, but a tad watery at times. Sparkling with big bubbles. Slightly dry. I was expecting something a little tastier, but this was still more than decent. Refreshing and easily drinkable.

Bottle: The aroma consists of apples and some faint cheesy notes. It pours a transparent white-gold with a small white head that quickly fades to a thin ring. The flavor starts with sweet apples and finishes with a hint of tart apples. It’s light-medium bodied with lively, bordering on prickly, carbonation.
