Tasted in 2009 (backlog). Pale yellow in color with lots of white fizz. Aroma is of butter, apple, bandaid and hay. Taste is of apple with a hint of bandaid.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head that vanishes almost immediately. Soft baked apples on the nose, dusty. Huge carbonation, a bit much, somewhat obtrusive. Dries out a touch. A bit empty, crisp apple, but not overly pronounced. Dry champagne yeast on the finish. The overcarbonation is a bit tough to deal with. Somewhat disappointing considering how amazing everything else they make is.

Sampled from a bottle. Poured a clear yellow with a golden hue and visible carbonation but no head whatsoever. Aroma was sweet with apples and a bit of an interesting earthy note. Flavor was sweet with apples and had a similar earthy note as well as a bit of acid. A nice sparkling cider.

Bottle sample. An unexpected treat served as a welcome drink at a cheese tasting at Taste Of Quebec shop in the Distillery District in Toronto. Light, bright golden colour with a very effervescent body. Aroma of musty apples with a very faint funkiness. Flavour of tart apples with a dry finish. Crisp body, a refreshing palate cleanser.

Had this in celebration of my second born child. Pours a clear straw yellow with lots of carbonation. Aroma of apple and straw. Taste is a very nice sweet cider that goes well with the small bubbles. My new sparkling drink

Pours a pale yellow color, I can hear the bubbles sparkle with joy in the glass. The aroma is quite simple and average, there’s of course a presence of apples, but the apples feel a bit bland and there’s nothing else. Ok, this is way, way too sparkling for me, I feel like like I’m gargling when I take a sip , the bubbles seem to want to strangle me from the inside, also, the flavor is quite average, the apples feel bland, maybe it’s because the excessive carbonation is killing everything else. I love La Face Cachée de la Pomme’s Ice Ciders, but this extremely sparkling cider is a miss for me.

( 750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) Pours clear yellow with huge head that lasts. Nose of apple, funk and bandaids. Taste of spicy apples, tartness with a very carbonated finish.

( 750ml bottle ) Pours a clear yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of band-aid, apple, and light horseblanket. Flavor of apple, earth, and light lemon zest with a champagne mouthfeel.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. The look is clear, fizzy, light yellow in color. The smell is fruits, apples, and ok. The taste is fruits, apples, and good.
