Bottle to celebrate my parents 40th anniversary. Pours a light yellow with a big white fizz that quickly disappears. Aroma is sweet mcintosh apples and a small earthy aroma. Taste is dry, effervescent, light mouthfeel but nicely sweet and a small tarteness in the aftertaste.

Bottle, thanks to slovaksniper, pours a nice foamy head, it is indeed sparkling, it had a really sweet cane sugar aroma with a mix of apples, the stuff was really sweet and it was some what difficult to drink. Overall it was not bad.

bottle at the cidery - This cider is bubbly like a champagne and has a rich green apple aroma. It tastes semi-sweet with the flavor of fresh apples and is very enjoyable. With a price that’s pretty low for a wine or champagne, I wish this comparable cider was available here.

Bottle that I took to a tasting at James’ place. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head that falls immediately. Cheesy, apples, and funk. Medium bodied, nice light crisp sweetness, bright acidity. Very smooth and clean, lovely contrast to the nose. Finishes light and effervescent with a lingering acidity. Bright and tasty.

Bottle (reads Neige Bubble)… Clear light yellow cider with a small, fizzy, white head. The aroma is a combination of both fresh and fallen apples – Mutsu and McIntosh. Full-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and jazzy carbonation. The flavor is mildly sour, very tangy, fruity and a touch tannic – apple skins. Crisp, tart, bone-dry finish. Kudos to darkguardian for providing the 750ml bottle!

Bottle shared by Jay at tasting at my house. Pours sparkly clear gold with white fizzy head. Nose/taste of McIntosh apples, pear, light tartness, champagne yeast and some good buttery notes. Good champagne like carbonation. Medium body. Dryish finish.

Bottle from the cidery. Clearish white gold pour with very mild cloudiness. Fresh apple aroma with a hint of that ice cider sweetness to liven things up. Great dryness in the flavor, mild oxidative apple notes, with a gentle champagne-like carbonation. Balanced and quaffable.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Boutip (3979) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 28, 2011
Bottle: Poured a medium yellow color cider. Aroma of sweet apple pie is really interesting and enjoyable and more sweet then most regular cider. Texture is lighter then most ice cider and is close to a regular cider. This is a great middle point between drinking a ice cider for taste but looking for a lower ABV.
4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 robinvboyer (2578) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 17, 2011
Upfront bright fresh apple aroma. Mixed in is some honey, and big floral notes. The regualr cider adds a great tartness that i can totally equate to the mcintosh apples. The iced cider makes a bit of an appearance in the finish with a dewy sweet apple honey finish. Very nice stuff, incredibly easy drinking, dangerous!
