Blond/jaune et limpide, qui mousse au versage et ça s’évanouit aussitôt. "Normal!" me dis-je. Les odeurs sont de pommes mûries accompagné d’un parfum que dégage un jardin fleuri à l’automne soufflé par une brise fraîche. Son goût, qui alterne entre le sucré et l’acidulé et qui contient des particularités épicées et une agréable touche fruitée. L’arrière-goût est suret sur les bords. Un plaisir pour la bouche. 750 mL bottle courtesy of JulienHuxley. Thanks for this, my 100th cider rating! Pours a clear golden color with no head. Fairly strong legs. Aroma of tart apple juice, mild honey and tannins. A touch of vanilla and smoke. The taste is sweet apples, apple skins, vanilla, tart finish. Medium bodied, slight booze, well balanced. Nice cider.

Pours a crystal clear pear yellow and is still. Aroma is subtle, slight tannin. Taste is fresh, slightly astringent, not the sweetness that you would expect but an easy drinker.

bottle at the cidery - This tasty cider reminds me of a dry to semi-dry white wine and would be good with food. It’s a still cider with tasty, tart apples and is very easy to drink.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden straw color. Big sweet apples with a touch of honey and sugar. Not as thick on the nose as an ice cider, but a lot of that lovely sweetness and a bit of tartness. The sweetness from the nose doesn’t translate to the body, not very much sweetness at all. Dry apples, a bit of alcohol coming through. Finishes with a tart apple note, a touch of warm alcohol and a bit of yeast.

(75 cl) La robe est scintillante et dorée. Au nez, les pommes sont vertes et définitivement touchées par la brise qui souffle les champs fleuries. Au goût, la chair est juteuse, finement acidulé et doucement caressé par les sucres. En bouche, le liquide est finement structuré. La texture est tout de même soyeuse. Un cidre savoureux et rafraîchissant.

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a clear yellow with a slight gold hue and no head whatsoever. Aroma was quite sweet with apples and apple blossoms and was nice and crisp. Flavor was sweet as well with apples and apple blossoms and a hint of acidity to help balance.

Bottle thanks to Joe (I think): Nice sweetness, huge tartness, lactic apple and sweet. Sharp booziness, silky flat body and smooth. Refreshing. Pervasive fruity sugars.

Tasted at Face Cachee. Pale golden-straw pour. The nose is lightly spicy. Softly tannic with a very light citrusy/malic tartness. Very fruity on the nose with a kiss of green apple tartness. More tart flavour than there is on the nose. Bright and quite lovely.

Arôme de pomme verte, sec, pas trop amère, pas du tout surette désagréable et surtout le sucré n’est pas agressant. On peut en boire une bouteille sans problème. TRÔNE AU SOMMET!
