Bottle 27,5 cl. Courtesy of TheCheeseMan. Pours a clear deep golden. Intense aroma of apples and overripe plums with some vanilla. Very thick, very sweet apple accents - almost honeyish - yet with an underlying tartness. Again vanilla accents. Lovely. 111009

37.5 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours clear and golden orange with no head. Aroma is smooth apple fruity. Light phenolic note. Sweet and smooth fruity, mild citric note. Fruity and citric, bitter too. Smooth fruity lingering finish - lovely!

Bottle, shared with my wife on our 8th wedding anniversary. Pinkish yellow. Strong apple aroma, somewhat tart. Taste is very tart and sweet. I actually found the body thin in comparison to some other world class ciders. Dry sweet finish. Enjoyable, but not worth the price - there are better ice ciders. Still a nice treat though.

375 ml bottle. Clear tannish pink with a few bubbles on the edge. Nose is baked apple, pie crust, vanilla; a touch of lemon zest. Slick body, borderline syrupy, not quite crisp. Taste begins with earthy apple. Gets somewhat tart like a Fuji, before finishing with green apple and peel. Not quite as polished as the Neige but still a delicious apple experience.

DC Local Gathering, graciously shared by ygtbsm94. Deep alcohol laced cider aroma, a touch darker than the Eternelle. Orange-tan color, hyper filtered. Some thick red apple taste. Not unlike honey-mead. Sticky sweet, hides the alcohol perfectly. Very mellow. Sugary finish.

Sampled at the DC Local Gathering. 2nd Ice Cider ever. Nose is earthy with apples and a distinct vegetal aroma. Flavor is more apples, sweet caramel. Thicker and sweeter than the Neige. A little salty on the lips, legs like a scotch with a distinct alcohol burn.

(DC Local Gathering, big thanks to ygtbsm94) – Clear still gold with thick syrupy legs. Deep candy apple aromas lay on strong foundation of honeyed peach. Concentrated warm sugary apple tones mingle with a soft subtle tartness and just hint of spice. Medium bodied and ultra slick. Absolutely fantastic…
