| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 22, 2009 Bottle, shared with my wife on our 8th wedding anniversary. Pinkish yellow. Strong apple aroma, somewhat tart. Taste is very tart and sweet. I actually found the body thin in comparison to some other world class ciders. Dry sweet finish. Enjoyable, but not worth the price - there are better ice ciders. Still a nice treat though. TheEpeeist (1451), Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Aug 29, 2009 375 ml bottle. Clear tannish pink with a few bubbles on the edge. Nose is baked apple, pie crust, vanilla; a touch of lemon zest. Slick body, borderline syrupy, not quite crisp. Taste begins with earthy apple. Gets somewhat tart like a Fuji, before finishing with green apple and peel. Not quite as polished as the Neige but still a delicious apple experience. nuplastikk (1191), Madison, Wisconsin, USA

Deep alcohol laced cider aroma, a touch darker than the Eternelle. Orange-tan color, hyper filtered. Some thick red apple taste. Not unlike honey-mead. Sticky sweet, hides the alcohol perfectly. Very mellow. Sugary finish. nimbleprop (876), SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA

Nose is earthy with apples and a distinct vegetal aroma. Flavor is more apples, sweet caramel. Thicker and sweeter than the Neige. A little salty on the lips, legs like a scotch with a distinct alcohol burn. scraff (1942), Baltimore, Maryland, USA
