Thanks Fred. Pours a clear medium gold with a white head and pretty lively interior carbonation. Lovely nose of baked apples, caramel, honey, something else, fleeting. Mouth is thicker than expected, sweet baked apple dumplings with brown sugar, honey. Flavor profile is heavier and darker than the nose, very sugary. A bit boozy. Carbonation is ample and prickly. Given the presentation and that this is sparkling I think a drier profile would have been apt. But La Face is amazing and this is still really good.

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a pale golden yellow with visible carbonation. Aroma had a nice combination of sweet and tart apples with a bit of acidity on the nose. Flavor was similar with sweet apples giving to tart apples that brought a nice acidity.

Purchased at the Mondial des cidres de glace SAQ 2011, February 12, 2011. Straw yellow, very effervescent. Aroma of apple juice and apple blossoms, slightly sour. Very sour apple juice taste, but some sweetness, dry aftertaste. Not bad, a good spring drink!

Pouring at Le Mondial des Cidres Glaces. Pours a clear gold. Crisp apples and acid on the nose. Bright and tart, nice clean acid and light carbonation work well together. Lingering acid on the finish. Bright and crisp.
