Golden colour with stormy bubbles, decent head. Aroma of sweet apples and sweet pears, very sweet in fact. Taste is very dry apples, some wood, slightly bitter finish. Sophisticated and enjoyable.

My rating might be affected by the tendency to generally not like the aroma on ciders, but otherwise a drinkable cider with food.

Golden colour. Aroma of apple and oak. Flavour is apply, earthly and a bit sweet. It’s a good one.

Botella. Yellow clear colour. Rubber apple aroma. Apple some rubber flavour bit tart like, pleasant.

Bottle at Papsø tasting. It pours a light yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is quite sweet apple most. Flavour is dry and sweet, with mainly sweet apple notes but also some blue cheese. Quite thin bodied.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear golden - white head. Apples, fruity, bretty, freshness, fruity, light barnyard, tartness. OK.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear yellow coloured with a small white head. Aroma of apples, apple core and barnyard. Flavour of apples, apple peel and barnyard. Tart finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with no head. Aroma is apple and slight citric. Dry, apple and slight crisp fruity. Crisp fruity, slight sulphorish and medium dry finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a dissipating white head. Bretty barnyard aroma, dry apple accents. Medium body, heavy carbonation, dry apple notes and again a little barnyard. Ends dry. A very pleasant supermarket cider. 180311

Bottled. A lazing golden with an off-white head. The aroma has notes apples and a bit of lemon. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, leading to a dry and tart finish. The body is light.
