75cl bottle, from The Offie, Leicester. Golden with a small foam. Aromas are toffee apple, quite sweet and earthy. Flavours are mellow apple juice with toffee and caramel. Some earthiness with a sticky pudding character. Fairly dry on the finish. Very easy to enjoy. Simple but very addictive. I may have over rated but I am biased towards Normandy ciders.

Bottle 750ml.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, green apple, dry apple, barnyard. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, dry dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20100709]

clear orange, small white head. apple aroma. mild, delicate also a little bit boring. very dry apple flavor. the brut - they really mean that. apart from seriously dry apple i get not much else. boozy flaver is in the background but the apple seems to just cancel it out. interesting and actually very nice.

75 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp apple fruity. Raw apple fruity flavoured, light sulphorish note. Ends dry and crisp citric apple.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear deep golden with a small off-white head. Straight apple in the nose. Medium body, dry and sulphurous apple notes. Slightly astringent and dryish finish. Good though. 090710

Bottled. A golden cider with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples. The flavor is sweet with notes apples, leading to a tart finish.

Gold-orange colour, head is gone in seconds. Sweet wine-like aroma from the apples, heavy fermentation. Taste is sour and dry, slightly sweet. Excellent mouthfeel.
