Another "soft" cider from somewhere in western France, available here and there in the Île-de-France region. Okay orange colour, little head. Aroma is of very sweet apples, some pear. Taste is sweet apple, very simple. Slightly dry finish.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apple, wood notes, sulfur notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, sour apple, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100911]

Bottled. A hazy golden cider with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples and vinegar. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and some vinegar, leading to a tart finish.
