A Mes rate: Bottle at weekend of tarts afterparty.
Hazy dark gold colour with a thin white head. Sweet and bready yet not overly yeasty for the style and with plenty of malt. Far from a world beater but a pleasant enough drink.

Bottle. Hazy golden coloured with a small off white ehad. Fruity aroma of yeast and citrus with notes of spices. Fruity flavour of yeast, citrus and hops. Hoppy finish.

A pretty classic-tasting Belgian pale ale that has unreconstructed, homebrew leanings... and I mean that in a good way. Draft at the Ferme au Chene. Hazy orange-amber, big white head slowly recedes. Nose is sweetish and grainy. Flavor is lightly sweet, rolling into a slightly dry, bready and faint bitterness. Tastes like juice of the barley. No obvious funny stuff. It’s a nice beer that’s even better with some salty local sausage.
