Bottle. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity tart apple aroma. Fruity slightly tart fresh apple flavor. Has a fruity dry tart apple finish.

75 cl, bottled. Pours tad hazy orange with a slight ring of white head. Aroma: Green, a bit funky apples, old wood, spices. Light traces of alcohol. Taste: Some sweetness but not sweet by any means. Dry. Palate: Medium body, dry. Low carbonation. Pretty good.

Sample at ÖÖWF 2011. Nice smell with hay, horseblanket. Sweet and fruity taste with some brett notes in the background. Very nice cider.

75 cl bottle.
Pours clear pale golden colour with minimal head. Aroma of fresh apples, mild pear, earth, yeast notes, barnyard notes, some spices and herbs. Flavour of sour apples, earth, some orange peel and mild spicy notes. Well balanced, not too sweet.

Aroma is rather nice with sweetish apples, leathery and earthy notes. Dry and sourish flavour has leathery notes and some floury apples. Nice, one of the best ciders I’ve had.

P.S. It isn’t gay if the glass aren’t touching.

Pours a slightly unclear golden colour with a foamy head which collapses quickly. Quite strong aroma of tart green apples and cinnamon. Flavour of strong, tart green apples, lovely spices such as vanilla and cinnamon and dry wood. Medium bodied with a lovely smooth, dry, warming mouthfeel. Mouth-drying finish with loads of wood. Excellent cider with an exceptional taste.

Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple, sour apples, wood and cheese notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, apple, wood, earthy notes, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20110703]

Bottled (from Alko, Vaasa). Yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is apples, some cheesy notes, some slight spicyness as well as quite sweet green apples. Flavour is apples, some mild spices as well as some cheesy notes in the finish. Quite thin palate, and semi mouthdrying. Pleasantly balanced and refreshing cider to have on a warm summer day. Mild vinegary notes as well.

0.75 l bottle from Alko (6.4 %), thanks hanniku! Hazy golden color, sparkling appearance. Sweetish and acidic ripe apple aroma, rustic and pleasant. Sweet, acidic and tannic flavor with ripe apple, pear and lemon. Very balanced and pleasant rustic cider.
