Darker brown coloured beer with some average carbonation and a large off-white head. Full aroma, caramel sweet malty roasted notes. Full palate, some sprankling. Finish is malty, bitter roasted with some alcoholic caramel touches.

Bottle on a green lable saying 35 cl instead of the usual 33. A good ballanced and nice tasting beer. A little spicy and indead more sweet as bitter

Cloudy amber color; creamy head. A quite usual Belgian Strong Ale, with a flavor that is more sweet than bitter, still quite balanced, with a light apple touch and yeast, and the aftertaste is lacking bitterness.

Good call from DerDoppelbock. Amber color with off-white head, nice and cloudy. Aroma is like toasted 12-grain wheat bread with sweet honey. After smelling it I thought the beer would be uber-sweet, but thankfully there’s only a touch of that before the lemon rolls in. Not as bready as the aroma either. Finishes dry with a touch of alcohol. Again, finish is too clean. A little watery. I think this is a stronger beer with less substance than the blanche, which I enjoyed more. Overall, it seems like a nice start for this little brewery. Looking forward to seeing what else they can do.

Fully hazy amber-orange; with yellow-orange head, small but stable. Fruity hops in the nose, little bit of ureum, touch of vinegar (but just at the edge of recognition treshold). Fruity, sweet-sour (pineapple/vinegar) but not exaggerately. Still, I fear for some infection. It’s very young, so I suppose not yet fully outspoken... Ends quite sourish, like unripe kiwifruit. Alcohol is hidden by the acids, pretty thin, hence. Somebody needs some counselling.
