Bottled@Tuulensuu
Dark brown-ruby color, small steady beige head, lively bottle. Very spicey-yeasty nose. Hmm ... interesting ... red currant, strawberry juice mixed with white pepper and yeast. This brewery is quite ... interesting. Couldn’t finish the bottle.

750 ml bottle at Tuulensuu, Tampere, Finland. No labels.
Clear (hazy w/ yeast) reddish golden amber colour with small off-white head. Came out of the bottle with force. Sour and tart aroma with peppermint, yeast and caramel sweetness. Flavour is some sweetness (caramel sweetness w/ yeast), lots of sourness and tartness, redcurrant and peppermint. Warming. Bread and cookie dough in aftertaste. Strange brew.

Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium yellow amber colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate yeasty, spicy, coriander, limestone / chalk, soapy, fruity, yeast. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, soapy, spicy, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111126]

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy dark amber with a lacing white head. Fruity, Bretty nose. Solid body, low carbonation, an initial sweet fruitiness, then some spice and again Brett. Nice really. 261111

Bottle. It pours an almost clear body, dark golden in color and with a small, off-white head on top. Some funky hints on the nose, caramel maltyness and some sugar, a touch of fresh fruits and hay. The flavor has caramel, pale malts, fruits and a sugary sweetness. Medium body, semidry. Herbal bitterness in the end. Definitely not a favorite of mine, but not bad. 111126

Bottle @ Early Winter season 11/12 Part. 3, Ulfborg. Pours cloudy copper with a small creamy white head. Spices. Coriander and anis. One dimensonal. Medium bodied.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Hazy amber with small tan head. Aroma is malt, fruit and spices. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, spices, little toffee, medium sweet and a little sour.

33cl bottle, huge props for the hand drawing photocopy label design. Bière ambrée, col blanc épais. Arôme est agréable épicé avec note de malt et caramel, léger houblon fruité et agrumes. En bouche, profile léger avec une belle note d’épice allant vers le povré, aspect boisé qui rappelle en fait un grain de whiskey malt, anisette avec possible une herbe en retrait. Un peu étrange, je n’arrive pas à mettre mon doigt dessus, mais c’est plus que appréciable au palais. Le tout fini sur une pointe houblonnée et citronnée avec une note de pamplemousse fleuri.

Golden colour, decent head. Smells yeasty, fart, rotten eggs, cheese and algae. Tastes dry watery, fresh like something you put in the toiletbowl and a tad sour. Dry and crisp mouthfeel.

Bottle @ Joes Tasting shared with Joes and Dutchdrebus. Hazy medium to dark orange color, small white head. Smell sour, weird, rubber and -dare I say it- liquid manure : ! Taste yeasty, sour and musty. Carbo ok, body medium.

33cl, exclusive brewery, from Willems Grobbendonk, not complex brew, malty/spicy and slightly woody/sour, not balanced, hazy, good head, nothing special
