Hazy yellow oker body and creamy stable white head. Great saison like aroma, citric hops, fresh leaves, fair amount of fresh cheese yeast and pilsner malts. Refreshing and tantalizing. Good amount of bitterness, rich yet refreshing taste. Suits me perfectly. No, excellently. Long dry aftertaste and bitter bite. Farmy yeast does a great job here. A great hopped up saison. Excellent brew. (75cl bottle from BiŤre Revolution)

On tap, a clear yellow beer with medium head. Nose is intense on grapefruit and lemon. Aroma is less malty, very bitter with grapefruit notes, citric, very long bitterness on aftertaste, fruity side very unbalanced.

Nice beer tasted on a beer festival in France. Appearance a liitle bit to cloudy but good complexity on the nose. Nicely hopped and very refreshing.
Well balanced bitterness.

courtesy of Laurent Mousson - cloudy dark blond-orange beer under a solid creamy white head; nice lace leaved on the side of the glass; a fair fruity hoppiness in the nose, grapefruit, pears and apples; medium-bodied and with a subtle carbonation, slightly sticky; a respectable but never aggressive bitterness; very aromatic hoppy fruity finish - beautiful work; refreshing and could be drunk by liters !
