75cl bottle. Hazy gold with a big white head. Smells like white wine with some pine lemon and grapefruit. Bitter and quite vinous in a crazy way. Just a very unique beer that is pure Nelson. I get the sparkling white wine thing but this just needs better clarity to come together as a package.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, peach. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Lovely easy IPA >;O) [20110409]

smagt hos J & C. Humle, malt, korn, halm, grape, fyrrenåle, blød gul, uklar, hvidt skum, luftig og lang, bitter og lidt sød, let, vandet, livlig, rigtig flot øl.

Aroma is very good, lovely striking hoppiness from the NZ hops. Some tropical fruit and a bit juicy in the mouth, some floral notes on the aroma. Really nice beer. A8 A5 T8 P4 Ov16 4.1

Pours a slightly hazy gold colour with a quickly fading white head. The nose is of intense grapefruit, light caramel, and some musty earthy notes. There is passion fruit, grapefruit and white grapes in the flavour, as well as some earthy hop character, almost soil-like. Pine is starting to come through. It’s complex, but not an amazing IPA. But I’m in Germany right now, and having not tasted hops for over a week, this is heaven sent!!!!
