COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Note: At some point the ABV went from 4.9% to 6% and they began calling it a bock.

Birra rossa doppio malto a bassa fermentazione.
Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo, luppolo, lievito.
Abbinamento gastronomico: cucina mitteleuropea, formaggi a pasta morbida, salumi affumicati, primi piatti di pasta all’uovo.
Degustazione: bicchiere a calice, temperatura 8° - 9°C

Bottom fermented

Beautiful amber color; creamy head. Aroma of rubber and soap (is it the glass???) and light hop aroma. Light caramalt taste. I would have expected more body and flavor after their Pils. Ordinary bitterness.

Bottle 750ml. @ home.

Clear medium amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, roasted, vomit, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light acidic and light moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110201]

Amber clearly color with darker glares, compact head of medium duration. Lightly roast aroma with notes of caramel and sweet wood. Moderately bitter taste with light alcoholic content sensed on the end.
