25cl, exclusive brew, thx to Jerre, complex, not balanced, cloudy, nearly no head, nothing special

bottled, thanks to bu11zeye, clear golden pour , good foamy head, short grape and wheat flavor , soft thin finish

25cl bottle. Bouteille ayant déjà un peu d’âge, 5-6 ans. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme vieille levure, retrouve un profile de St Monon, avant que celle-ci s’appelle ainsi. Qcq épices, houblon, léger fruit et grains. En bouche, bière au profile malt cara léger et au houblon effacé par le temps mais gardant ce côté levure. Au delà des ans on arrive plus sur une pils normale. A revisiter si cette bière est encore en production.

Bottle sampled @ Ekstedts tasting on December 2. Courtesy of Dazz3. Pours hazy golden with a huge white head. Smell is sweet and very yeasty with cilantro, allspice and bread. Taste is sweet with some banana, allspice and bread. It’s slightly watery. Finish is sweet and yeasty.

Bottle (75 cl), coutesy of Dazz. Cloudy deep golden, medium white head. Fruity, earthy, with floral hops. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Semi dry with low to medium bitterness.

Sampled at Ekstedt’s Testing 11-12-02. Pours hazy brown, with a big light brown head. Smells fruity, sour and abit stale. Tastes watery, nutty malty and abit alcohol with a similar finish.

Bottle at Ekstedts tasting 2011-12-02. Cloudy grey colored beer with a small head. Fruity yeasty aroma weith some spices. Malty yeasty flavor, some perfume, some glue. Rather boring.

This one was a gusher
Murky yellow color, small white head. Acidic, old milk scent. Grainy, metallic, thin taste. Apple aftertaste. Moussy mouthfeel, medium low but very dry bitterness. A little bit as if you’ve been chewing on a rug.

(Bottle) Pours cloudy yellow to orange with an off-white head. The aroma is yeasty and fruity up front with undertones of glue, marzipan, glue, subtle spices, soft flowers and doughy bread. Bit hoppy. Bananas and tropical fruits. The flavour is light sweet, light bitter and tiny acidic. Bread, dough and light fruit. The mouthfeel is round and soft with almost no carbonation. Light bitter and tart finish. Near medium bodied.

Bottle from Beer Mania. Hazy grapefruit body with medium head. Nose of fruit and wheat. Taste quite full, flavourful of fruits, malts, spices, herbs. Bit grassy in the finish with bursts of fruit flavours. Quite interesting.
