Amber coloured, fine sparkle and delicate and thick head. Pleasant mixture of the aroma of hops and a slight hint of liquorice. Pronounced bitterness, mellow and thirst-quenching.

(Bottle, Delirium Café, 17 Oct 2015) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of toast, orange peel and apricots. Malty taste with crisp-bread, orange peel, apricots, a gentle touch of ginger and a mild spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Bottle at PaterMarcus. Pours a hazy dark orange colour with a stiff ecru head. Aroma is very weak, I can only smell a bit of orange peel. Taste is light, a bit watery in the middle, otherwise its mainly bitter with some citrus and a tiny bit of hidden sweatness. Overall its nice, easy to drink, i can image drinking this on a hot summer day, but it lacks any definitive characteristic.

Deep amber colour with orange notes, perfect creamy head. Nose of malts, spicy yeast, some grassy hop. Medium body. Malty taste of rather dry character with notes of grains, candy, some spice, notable amount of hops in ending. Quite pleasant

Bottle, 33cL. Home. A brown orange opaque beer with a big off-white creamy head ; good retention ; many small bubbles ; good lacing. Roasty toffy aroma, light citrus. Light sweet, light dry bitter refreshing. Light to medium body, thin silky texture, average to soft carbonation, sweet short finish. Overall, a beautiful beer but average aroma/taste ; drinkable.

1/29/2009 1:41:22 PM Bottle from Cracked Kettle. Opal body with tall head. Sweet and spicy nose. Carbonated. Malty, with sweet and soapy taste. Strong taste of Ice Tea in the finish. Good but a bit too weak for my taste.

Pours a beautiful clear amber beer. Head disappears quickly. Not a lot of aroma. A hint of hops and somewhat grassy. Tastes sweet at first, then malty and finally a subtle bitterness. A clean and refreshing ale. A great alternative to a lager.
