2.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Ungstrup (26267) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 3, 2002
A yellow slightly hazy beer with a very beutiful head. It has a nice very strong aroma of yeast and the hints of sourness beers brewed on malted wheat often has. But the flavor is nothing special - it contains a smooth wheat taste and notes of yeast and ends of on an arkward hop bitterness with a metallic note. If I have a choise of wheat beers, this is not the one I’ll choose.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 yespr (26042) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAR 25, 2008
33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to light orange with small floaties and a dense off-white head. Wheat and coriander aroma. Ligth fruity and coriander spiced wheat flavour. Starts medium sweet before a dry wheat flavour appears into the finish. Far finish once again gives way to a more sweet and fruity wheat, almost banana, note.

(Bottle 33 cl) 6,8% ABV in my version. Hazy, golden beer with a fine fluffy head. Fruity nose, fruity flavours - coriander? - very soft mouthfeel. Almost no bitterness. A pleasant beer that wouldn’t offend anyone. Easy to finish, easy to forget. 200398

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 fiulijn (12179) - Malmö, DENMARK - NOV 8, 2003
Hazy golden color; niceperlage; creamy head, persistent. A Tripel character: light, dry aroma, hop; dry front taste, a bit sweeter later; just somehow metallic. A light anis note. More important than its strength may suggest.
