COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, bright and sparkling with a fine and creamy head. Deliciously fragrant thanks to a slight hint of fine hops. Delicate flavour, mellow, perfect as aperitif.

Juicy but light and refreshing blonde with a slightly funky edge. On tap @ La Porte Noire in Brussels. Pours a plain but bright gold, very thin white head. Nose is fruity, notably with a slightly funky farmhouse cider overtone. Those apple notes carry into the lightly sweet initial flavor, rolling into a mild and somewhat dry bitterness. Spicing was subdued enough that it did not annoy. Finishes fairly clean and a little dry. Lightly bitter aftertaste. Not bad at all.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Rotem’s place. Thanks zvikar. Cloudy pale golden, bubbly white foam. Candy, caramel, conserved peach aroma, bitter-sweet taste. Light body, smooth finish. OK.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Rotem’s place. Thanks zvikar. Hazy golden. Aroma of yeast, some fruitiness and cardboard. Sweetish yeasty flavor, fruity and a bit spicy. Light-medium-bodied.

Large corked and wired .75 litre brown bottle, obtained from my local Tesco store. Best by 18th Nov 2007, drank on 3rd Nov 2006. Should I have waited a couple of months before opening it, maybe? Came out a slighty cloudy, yellow with an orange hue to it. Good large foaming head that crackled (you can hear it, honest) with the release of the carbonisation. Sour citrus fruits and the smell of wheat are the overiding aromas I detected. The taste is a pleasant refreshing one, like the aroma, wheaty and a little sour. The taste hangs around, getting sweeter as time goes on, giving it a good mouthfeel in my opinion. This is very drinkable, a summer beer more so than winter, but a beer I will have no problems drinking again, and again.

0.33l bottle. A straw yellow beer with a small bubbly just off-white head that’s lacing down the glass. Light sweet on the aroma; It’s malty with a sweet champagne-like yeasty and fruity aroma. Some honey as well. quite like! Average to lively carbonated with a thin oily mouthfeel. Not as exciting in the flavor as it was in the aroma. Gets kinda watery and toned down. Some malty sweetness here, it’s also quite mouthdrying. A fade metallic undertone drags the impression of this one a bit down. Still, not a horrible blond. After a while it actually tasted a bit like a Norwegian honey throat lozenges (honey doc-pastiller!)
