sm89walt (179), Norwich, Norfolk, England Dec 17, 2007 33cl botle. A marginally hazy pale yellow beeer with a tall and creamy white head. The aromas are sour and yeasty at times and it has the occasional hint of bubblegum. Sweet and medium bodied in flavour with a warming, dry and slightly bitter finish. Full of flavour but a touch predictable.
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, anis-sead notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (280608) Borresteijn (588), Amstelveen, Netherlands Aug 28, 2008 Bottle @ De Zotte.
