| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 7, 2006 33 cl bottle. Very little yeast at the bottom. Bown colour with a weak head. Very little aroma of roasted malt and dried fruit. Very sweet flavour of malt, complexity and dried fruit nearly like portwine. Ends with a warm feeling from the alcohol. Very tasty endeed. hughie (3091), Bedford, Bedfordshire, England
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 6, 2006 Dark brown with a bubbly beige head. A good looker. The aroma hasn’t got the yeastiness I was expecting; it’s sweet and spicy with a hint of lemon. The taste is sugary and malty, full of fig and plum overtones, with strong alcoholic notes and a bitter aftertaste. Glouglouburp (2897), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 5, 2006 Updated: May 24, 200733cl bottle. Pours a beautiful hazy dark-red with an medium creamy beige head. Fruity and funky spices aroma. Medium body, very yeasty, dark fruits (dates, grapes), cinnamon-like spices, rather sweet. Feels like drinking a melted cinnamon bun. Some burnt caramel/rubber in the finish. My below-everybody-else rating comes from my firm belief that beer needs cinnamon flavours as much as fish need bicycles. rederic (1816), montréal, Quebec, Canada
