Donkerbruin sprankelend bier met een mooie beige schuimkraag. Aroma van karamel, rode bessen en bramen. Smaak: medium zoet. Mondgevoel is gemiddeld met goede koolzuur en zoetig geroosterde fruitige afdronk.

BB 26.09.15. Aged for a year+. Semi-clear red copper beer. Small pale beige head. Nose is sugary, boozy, caramel and dried fruit, malt bordering on toastiness, but not quite there. Flavor is less sweet, but the caramel is still there, dried fruit, malt, spice. Hop motes and sticky sweetness in the finish. Nice one.

Dark brown, ruby highlights, opaque. Tall airy head, good retention. Nose of spicy yeast, dried fruit, sugar syrup. Medium body. Oily. Relatively dry taste. Dark fruit. Chocolate. A hint of alcohol. A roast note. Perfectly balanced. Long pleasant finish. Very good.

Brown with lasting creamy head. There’s a subtle red fruit sweetness and a bready yeast taste in the finish.

Bottle from de Bierschuur in Poppel. The beer is dark reddish brown with a nice cream colored foam and nice carbonation. The aroma is roasted malts, dark fruits, licorice and caramel and in the background a spicy bitterness with coriander notes. The taste is full bodied and malty, with some fruit and caramel notes from the aroma and it ends with a light bitter aftertaste.

W aromacie guma balonowa, karmel, raczej na słodko, ale nie mdło, ok. W smaku silne uderzenie alkoholu, karmel, cukier, nieco gumy balonowej, jeszcze mniej przypraw. Trochę mdłe. Na dodatek lekkie żelazo. Niezbyt udane piwo.
