| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 13, 2007 Bottle. A deep dark amber (lightly hazy). Head is creamy and off-white. Fruity aroma, some cherries, some dark sugar and caramel. Quite a full mouthfeel. Flavour is quite sweet, based on a lot of caramel base and a fruity edge. It ends up with a slight citric bitterness. Important - serve the yeast in all the glasses, it will smooth the flavour for all drinkers. Belgian finess brings an interesting melange of strength and smooth. One to end an evening with.
