The new beer with same name from Du Bocq is better. JK54B (269), Finland May 28, 2008 Light straw colour. Cloudy. Small head. A mild taste. Also some sourness. Not a very special blond. FatPhil (2063), Espoo, Finland May 17, 2008 Updated: Aug 11, 2008Rating is a composite from 2 tastings.

Bold amber, tiny head. Massive and shocking initial aroma, some marmite, some butter, some herbs, some who-knows-what. Fruity - grapefruit, lemon, and apple. Actually, I get mustart too. Taste not quite as wild as the aroma, but has come features in common. A refreshing, light blond. Anna detects artichokes, but I think she’s a bit woo-woo.

Hazy marmalade, small head. Light swimming-pool aroma. Light and refreshing, but a bit incipid, about as far from assertive as it’s possible to get. Some swimming-pool taste. Wait a sec - this is only 5%, but I can clearly taste alcohol. That’s not good. oh6gdx (5680), Vaasa, Finland Feb 11, 2008 Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with small white head. Aroma is mild fruits along with some yeast and spices. Flavour is quite the same along weith a slight alcoholic sting (!) and some spices. Fruity aftertaste. Refreshing brew.
