La Grande Blanche

Pours pretty clear pale gold, with a pearly white head. Smells of sweet bubblegum and wheat phenols. Some skunky citrus in there too. The flavor was much of the same, with a big bubblegum presence, pretty good funky citrus, and wheat chaacters. Pretty sweet overall, lots of sugary notes leave sweet candy-like notes on the palate. Drinkable wit, but jst not my favorite style, and maybe a touch sweet for me.

Bottle… Hazy yellow ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The yeasty, fruity nose offers cookie dough, warm bread and a whisper of clove. Medium to full-bodied with modest carbonation. The flavor is a merger of fruitcake and cookie dough. Sweet, bready, candied finish.

If i ever have a kid, i will call him Frisbee... we will have good times.. .. playing in the backyard .. . throwing him about .. ." Come on Frisbee, time for dinner!" my wife will shout... good times ahead ...

Gold pour with good sized, thick white head. Nose and flavor of grains, wheat, and yeast. Light bodied with a slick palate and dry finish. Pretty enjoyable.

Pretty good. Huge head but light carbonation. Yeasty and fruity flavor that is lightly sweet. Needed some more spice to live up to the "imperial name". Less spicy than some other wits out there. Very smooth and drinkable, no taste of alcohol.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Golden in color with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma is of cider, oranges and spices. Taste is of spices and fruit.

Draught at TJ’s: Faint aroma of hops, and light citrus,. Poured gold in color with a medium-sized, dense, white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Not sparkling. Flavor is slightly sweet. Tastes of wheat, light hops, slight grains, and light yeast. Light to medium body. Oily, then dry texture. Soft carbonation. Dry wheat finish.

On tap @ Max’s BBF. Pours a very hazy golden color with a small white head. Spicy aroma, very bready body; dough, with a small hint of citrus. Not bad.
