"Blanchey" (haha, great drunk notes!). Whiteish-gold color. Too sweet for my taste but dry with a fruit finish. Notes: Beer Advocate Belgian Beer Fest (Boston) ’09

Pours a hazy golden orange color with a fluffy white head. Aroma is fruty, with touches of banana, cloves, yeast. Flavor is citrus, fruity tones, smooth. A very decent Witbier.

Pretty good Wit. Aroma is fruity esters and a little must. Pours golden cloudy like a good Wit should. Flavor is a nice refreshing bite that finishes clean. Nice grainy flavor.

pours a lively frothy consistant head that sticks with it the whole glass. Cloudy appearance with sediment that settles on the bottom. Taste of citrus and funky fruit. Tastes almost like tropical fruit. Cleaner palette than other similar beers I’ve had. Pretty sweet but great for a glass or two. Would buy again.

Thanks Secret Santa! Pours a slightly hazy medium gold, nice pillow head. Aroma is grainy. Flavor is surprisingly rich grainy wheat. Very faint citric note. Undefined spice. Interesting take on the style, definite focus on big wheat as opposed to the effects of the yeast or the spice additions. Not bad.

Draft: Citrus and sweet sugar aroma over a cloudy yellow body and big white head. Flavors of lemon, orange, wheat, clove, sugar, yeast. Enjoyable.

750 ml bottle. Gift from Greg at Birreria Paradiso. Cloudy golden yellow with big white head. Aroma of straw and citrus. Nice full bodied bright and yeasty flavor with a clean and crisp finish. Good stuff.
