nice white right here, good nose of spice, and the palate is smooth citrus and coriander. Great medium bodied choice for the mild winter.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 thewolf (8669) - Kolding, DENMARK - APR 29, 2012
Bottle. [thanks after4ever]
Pours light hazy orange yellow, fine creamy white head. Aroma is kinda milky, youghurt, wheat, soft oranges. Medium carbonation, fine dryish and mild creamy palate. Flavour is mild grainy, some lactic youghurt notes, oranges, light grapefruit. Not spectacular.
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 mcmisko (283) - New York, USA - APR 21, 2012
750ml bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow with small white head. Smell is spicy with clove and banana. Taste has a sweet smooth wheat body, and notes of clove, banana, spice and sweet flowers. Med bodied. Med-high carbonation. After taste is sweet, spicy and has a little alcohol. This is a strong wit. good stuff, but not too exciting.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 GTAEgeek (523) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAR 9, 2012
750 mL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a medium, white head. The aroma is vanilla, corn, and mild cheese. The flavor is sweet and funky. The palate is medium, sticky and syrupy. Overall, this is a cloyingly sweet and yeasty beer, but it lacks the citrus aroma that makes a good witbier. Fair.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 unclemike (1493) - Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA - JAN 25, 2012
Pleasant enough. Not as hazy looking as a lot of witbiers. Big white head. Honey banana and spice in the aroma. The flavor is sweet and fruity with just a hint of citrus at the finish. Sweeter than most any witbier you’ll find
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 degbert (676) - Austin, Texas, USA - OCT 8, 2011
Bottle. Nose is lime, mandarin, and lightly roasted grain; there’s also a slight floral undertone. Pours a hazy gold with a white, lacey head. Surprisingly sweet, with light phenols and more citrus. Finish is long and a touch murky. Good, but nothing special.
4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 Damico (1405) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 11, 2011
The aroma is lightly sweet and refreshing with fresh herbal notes. The witbier pours perfect clear amber white with an awesome generous white head on top. The flavors of Belgian yeast and sweet wheat-like flavors go down smooth without much spice but more light herb flavor. The body is medium to heavy - excellent and not too bubbly.

Bottle @ Chad’s house. Moderately hazy, light yellow appearance with a fluffy, white head. Lots of coriander, mild orange peel, somewhat yeasty, light wheat malty nose. Light bodied, light wheat malty, coriander, spicy, citrusy flavor. Spicy, coriander aftertaste. Quite spicy, somewhat bready.

A weightier Wit, nearly the same as its airier cousins (great head of foam, lively palate, solid flavor, etc) but with a nice bit of Imperial ballast
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 drjay44 (1737) - Salida, Colorado, USA - MAR 31, 2011
750 ml. bottle. Corked and caged. Pours a medium white head, over a cloudy, gold (SRM 5) body....nose is light pear, apple, cereal....taste is honey, light fruits (pear, apple) with cereal, finishing with a light bubblegum/banana tone....mouth feel is on light of medium, carbonation high. This is a very malt forward Witbier (it is an Imperial per the label) with less spice flavor than many. It is somewhat reminiscent of a Bier de Garde. BJCP 7/3/12/4/7
