Pours a hazy amber with a rocky white head. Smells of ginger, coriander, wheat. Tastes of citrus, coriander, dough. Meh.

The aroma is like sour dough bread, wheat, yeast and some spice. The appearance is hazy yellow with a small head. The flavor is like the aroma with light fruit. The palate is average. Overall it’s good but not great.

Pours pretty clear pale gold, with a pearly white head. Smells of sweet bubblegum and wheat phenols. Some skunky citrus in there too. The flavor was much of the same, with a big bubblegum presence, pretty good funky citrus, and wheat chaacters. Pretty sweet overall, lots of sugary notes leave sweet candy-like notes on the palate. Drinkable wit, but jst not my favorite style, and maybe a touch sweet for me.

Bottle. Nose is lime, mandarin, and lightly roasted grain; there’s also a slight floral undertone. Pours a hazy gold with a white, lacey head. Surprisingly sweet, with light phenols and more citrus. Finish is long and a touch murky. Good, but nothing special.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a decent citrus with some light clove and corriander. Flavor is a bit mellow and barely there with some citrus fruit coming out but nothing like i though it should be. Finish get a little weak and watery. Nothing really good about this one and its very overpriced.

Draught at TJ’s: Faint aroma of hops, and light citrus,. Poured gold in color with a medium-sized, dense, white head that lasted throughout. Clear. Not sparkling. Flavor is slightly sweet. Tastes of wheat, light hops, slight grains, and light yeast. Light to medium body. Oily, then dry texture. Soft carbonation. Dry wheat finish.

Sampler at <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/Place/illinois/frankf Liquors, Frankfort. Cloudy yellow color. Even in my tiny glass, the surface shows interesting ripples of foam, light a light breeze over desert sands. Smell of lemon and a bit of sweat, or do I need to re-wash my hands? Somewhat rough and unruly, but then I didn’t know when sampling this was billed as an "Imperial" strength wit. My rating may be admittedly lower than the crowd’s but I’m just going by first impression.

750 ml bottle poured a cloudy dirty yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of yeast, wheat, light fruitiness and light spice. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp yet smooth. Flavors of yeast, wheat, orange and light spice with a smooth lightly sweet finish.

Cloudy tan, golden with particles. Aroma of apple juice, very simple. Makes me remember being a kid with a sippy cup filled with apple juice. As it warms, pear compote and rum aromas. Decent level of carbonation, not too fizzy and pretty soft. It’s thin, fruity, and its main dimension is sweet. Disappointing.

Pours light hazy orange yellow, fine creamy white head. Aroma is kinda milky, youghurt, wheat, soft oranges. Medium carbonation, fine dryish and mild creamy palate. Flavour is mild grainy, some lactic youghurt notes, oranges, light grapefruit. Not spectacular.
