750 ml bottle. Gift from Greg at Birreria Paradiso. Cloudy golden yellow with big white head. Aroma of straw and citrus. Nice full bodied bright and yeasty flavor with a clean and crisp finish. Good stuff.

pours a lively frothy consistant head that sticks with it the whole glass. Cloudy appearance with sediment that settles on the bottom. Taste of citrus and funky fruit. Tastes almost like tropical fruit. Cleaner palette than other similar beers I’ve had. Pretty sweet but great for a glass or two. Would buy again.

Draft: Citrus and sweet sugar aroma over a cloudy yellow body and big white head. Flavors of lemon, orange, wheat, clove, sugar, yeast. Enjoyable.

Bottle from BevMo. Pours a very hazy yellow color with hints of orange. Spiced aroma of yeast and some kind of almost tropical fruit.Sweet up front. Flavor moves into a rich creamy yeasty flavor. Some grains follow it up, and it finishes with some spices and just a hint of bitterness. This is a really good effort at an "impy wit".

Tallahassee, Fl. - Liquor Loft - 750 ml caged corked bottle. Hazy light orange appearance with a soft, silky white head that sticks around a while. Lemony aroma with some spicy accents. Flavor has a slight citrusy bent to it with some soft yeasty accents and some buttery notes. Thick, creamy moutfheel - just the right amount of spritziness.

The presentation is awesome!
A hazy straw colored strawberry blond body and a bountiful tall pillow of ivory head. The head retention is awesome.
My pallet says that the beer needed to warm significantly before all the flavors began to really pop. A rather yeasty, estery aroma: sweet fruity hints of red apple, banana, a bit doughy; suggestions mineral, bubblegum, buttered biscuits, orange zest, and corander. The mouthfeel is Divine… very chewy, and velvety... but it drinks like a 5% abv Wit!
A wonderful beer! Wife loved it and I dug as well. Fully enjoyed it much more once I poured it and let the beer sit in the glass for a good 30min. A lot of the phenolics blew off and the Blanche totally opened up like a nice French Pouilly Fumé.
