Bouteille 50 cl de l’Ecomarché - Monestier-de-Clermont (F). Ambrée trouble à haute mousse jaune pâle et pétillement forcené. Nez fruité et acidulé de malt, caramel et levure. La bouche est vive et sucrée, confiture d’abricot, caramel, du bonbon, du fruit rouge. Belle rondeur tissée d’acidité.
