from Mondial de la Bière 2010, Strasbourg - slightly hazy dark golden colour with a little foam left; chewy malts and dark fruits marmalade in the nose; a good malt body and sweet, moderate carbonation and quite sticky palate, no bitterness and some residual sugars in a quite long fruity finish - boring

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Sweet malty with a tinge of caramel and a fruity touch of ripe apples. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Malt-accented and slightly fruity taste; sweetish malty and slightly fruity finish with notes of alcohol shining through. Unexciting. 10.III.11

Tap@Mondial. Light fruity and malty aroma. Yellow colour, white head, good lace. Fruity, light bitter, light dusty. Dry mouth feel for a Triple.

No head, beautiful golden colour. Sweet malts, bit of banana, like the Weizen; and mineral water quality. Banana, bit of bitterness in the finish, stale cookies. Again a too carbonated beer, well-attenuated probably as well. Not a bad beer in se, but to call it " triple" - or even " triple fermented", as the label states, is slightly ludicrous.

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, fruity, leather. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100111]

Ccloudy golden with a mediu beige head. Sweet yeasty aroma with caramel and toasted malt. Sweet flavour with malty, breadish and mild hoppy notes. Finished dry.

Tasting at Papsø’s
Hazy blond color. Sweetish Ale with no aim, ther eis maybe a light ending fruitness from the yeast; the aroma is too light.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt straw and matl. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and some spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and some spices, leading to a dry finish.

33 cL bottle, courtesy Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is dry cornish and light malty. Sweet fruity, light citric and mild yeasty flavoured. Lingering sweet caramelish malt flavoured. Citric and bitter finish.
