COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is a case !! Here again we use this "Petit Epeautre" (a kind of wheat) barley and wheat malt. The wheat part is around 50%. So at this point it looks like another wheat beer...but we brew it, ferment it and mature it like a lager type (including the type of yeast). So call it a bottom fermented wheat beer. Very delicate, lemon and grapefruit after the wheat.

Blond beer, slightly sour, no head. I do not know what to make out this beer. Interesting.

OlJuntan64 (1266) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUN 21, 2002
Very faint hazy pale yellow/gold with no head. Floral green grapes acid, faint hops and a touch of old wet leather yeast. That faint canned metal whiff is there in this one as well. Also has a touch of gueuze about it but not as much as the Mange -soif blanche. Light bodied and sweeter middle and clean refreshing dry finish. Different and interesting - quite drinkable.
