Draft @the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheaty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Pale straw pour with a light haze. There is a nice white pepper note to the aroma, lemon peel, cracker, and bread. A touch of coriander, light tartness, and some yeast. A mix of subtle spice and fruit on the palate. Good lemon, apple, coriander, and white pepper notes. Some malt flavor, but a very dry beer overall. Nice yeasty finish.
