Bottles: 33cl with crown cap, 75cl with cork and muselet.
Barrels: 15l, 20l and 30l.
Alcohol volume: 8.5% ABV
Colour and sight: Golden blond, multigrain beer with a very persistent, lacing head.
Scent: A complex smell, with a citrus aroma, followed by hop aromas such as Saaz, Brewers Gold and Amarillo.
Flavour: Initially rather sweet, because of the alcohol. The intense taste and roundness mask the presence of high bitterness.

Smak: pełne, słodowe, słodkie i alkoholowe.

Clear golden color with a medium white foam. Yeast and bread notes in aroma. Flavor is like aroma with some light citrus notes. Light carbonation and medium bodied with a dry finish.

Light hoppy aroma, enjoyable full mouthfeel. Well balanced taste, but in the end alcohol gets to much space.

Drank on tap (12 oz) at Bier Markt Montreal on March 9, 2014. Blonde pale straw, small head. Spicy aroma barley, dry hops. Saaz hop flavor very dry, slightly spicy, a little alcohol and not feeling very bitter. It’s pretty good but I do not put my head in a guillotine to get another!

Bottle, 75 cl. Very nice pale ale. Overwhelming hop taste that is indeed intense. Bitter aftertaste.

Old rating MAY 28, 2004 Initial aroma of fruit and spice; cinnamon and apple maybe. Pours hazy light golden colour with a solid white head. Quite a smooth texture, a bit of alcohol warmth and flavour with it. The flavour is mainly dominated by sweet malts and fruits, hints of different spices. Nice enough to drink, maybe a bit weak for a beer of the style and strength though.
