Bottles: 33cl with crown cap, 75cl with cork and muselet.
Barrels: 15l, 20l and 30l.
Alcohol volume: 8.5% ABV
Colour and sight: Golden blond, multigrain beer with a very persistent, lacing head.
Scent: A complex smell, with a citrus aroma, followed by hop aromas such as Saaz, Brewers Gold and Amarillo.
Flavour: Initially rather sweet, because of the alcohol. The intense taste and roundness mask the presence of high bitterness.

bottle - Pours mostly clear blonde with a two finger white head. It smells of bready malt and citrus accented yeast. The flavor is a nice balance of pale malt and bittering hops. Itís medium bodied and overall not outstanding, but itís good.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2013 Hay reddish with nice glow, frothy head and beautiful carbonation. Strawberry peach mandarin smell, with hints of orange and bread. Subtle. Somewhat alcoholic metallic freshness with hints of fruit - apples/pears and chlorine. Some honey in there. Sour sweet salty with a fresh watery palate. Woody finish.

Bottle - 330ml. Hazy blond body with yeasty flakes, lively carbonation and an average white frothy head. Nice malty/hoppy aroma with flowery, herbal and spicy hints. Very well balanced taste that hides the alcohol almost perfectly. Ends with a decent bittersweet, warming finish. Very enjoyable!

14/03 0.33 l bottle from beershop.hr, shared with Doggythedog. It poured golden body with some particles and small white head. Hoppy aroma, orange and some apricot with notes of malt and alcohol. Alcoholic flavor as well, sugary with apricot and quite rustical. Finish was shorter, slightly sweet and alcoholic, like all of its components. This is not a malt liquor so I canít consider it quite good.

0.33l bottle from the Beershop (like all these Belgians weíve had yesterday and will have today), shared with heavy (thanks!). Poured a hazy golden body, full of particles. Medium sized head went away somewhat fast. Fruity, peachy nose, some hop, some alcohol. The taste is sweet, somewhat bready, slightly acidic. Fine hop, a bit flowery. Light maltiness, peach. Ok. My first from Huyghe I reckon!

33cl bottle in Defoo @Ghent blond beer with a lot of yeast. Nose of aromatic hops strong taste and flavour. Aftertaste is strong but not so good. Taste is a bit empty and the hoppy nose does not correspond with the aftertaste
