COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottles: 33cl with crown cap, 75cl with cork and muselet.
Barrels: 15l, 20l and 30l.
Alcohol volume: 8.5% ABV
Colour and sight: Golden blond, multigrain beer with a very persistent, lacing head.
Scent: A complex smell, with a citrus aroma, followed by hop aromas such as Saaz, Brewers Gold and Amarillo.
Flavour: Initially rather sweet, because of the alcohol. The intense taste and roundness mask the presence of high bitterness.

8.5% bottle. Pale, spritzy, silkily headed. Aromas of dried apricot, hop grassiness and too much booze. Some biscuity malt and hop dryness detectable, but too aggressively alcoholic. Poor man’s DT.

Deep cloudt yellow with a lot of carboantion visibile but no sign of sediment. Big, sudsy pure white head with fair retention and lacing. Spicy sour citrus aroma with a crisp edge. Flavour matches the aroma with the alcohol adding some nice warmth. Sour finish. Very good but not great.

33cL bottle from Woesten. A nice beer with a sweet flavor and hint of alcohol. What really disappointed me was the larger bits of yeast that clumped together in some bottles.

Waited long time to sample thisone. Now, done it, I found it pleasent with good notes of spices, hoppiness, fullbodyness, hazy orange look, sweet alcohol and maybe not so great as expected!

This one had tons of floating yeast lumps in it, which made it kinda unplesant to drink, and i ended up pooring the last 10cl or so. Fruity and spicey nose of coriander, oranges and other esters. Flavor was, in spite of the yeast lumps, quite decent, mainly sweet creamy notes

Bottle. Large bubbly off-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Somewhat cloudy orange yellow color. Aroma of spice, coriander, underlying fruit and caramel. Hint of orange peel. Medium to full bodied with an average carbonation and alcoholic texture. Moderated sweet with notes of bitter and acidic. Sweet and spicy like finish.
