Bottles: 33cl with crown cap, 75cl with cork and muselet.
Barrels: 15l, 20l and 30l.
Alcohol volume: 8.5% ABV
Colour and sight: Golden blond, multigrain beer with a very persistent, lacing head.
Scent: A complex smell, with a citrus aroma, followed by hop aromas such as Saaz, Brewers Gold and Amarillo.
Flavour: Initially rather sweet, because of the alcohol. The intense taste and roundness mask the presence of high bitterness.

Murky dull orange color, under a flush, fuzzy white head. Nose is resplendent with spices and citric fruit, lively and arousing. Taste: great, tingly, fruity, spiciness, right from the start and on and on. Blend of lemon, peach, orange apricot, with peppery, clovey companionship, creating a very active, rewarding flavor, quite playful on the palate, spicy citrus never quits in this one. Body is lightish, though, and finish is soft, swift, unremarkable. Alcoholic volume kicks in quickly too, at a meager 9%, even... Reminds me a lot of Delirium Tremens, the most famous beer from this brewer, which makes you wonder why..eh, but why wonder, why wonder...A good bottle of suds, I sez!

(33cl bottle) The best of the Belgians I sampled on Belgian Night (Wednesday) at Winstons English Pub. Pours a medium, white frothy head and a lightly carbonated amber body. Nose and flavours of coriander, asian spices and oranges. Average at best.

Golden color with a white head. The taste is a light fruity and spicy dry bitterness. I can be a little thin but it kind of grows on you.

(Bottled) Hazy golden color with a big head. Sweetish, yeasty and fruity aroma with berries. Sweet, yeasty berry flavor. Medium-bodied, somewhat carbonated, dryish palate. The initial impression is very good, but after the first few sips, the flavor gets a bit boring. A vey nice brew, but still below average as a Belgian strong ale.

Poured a hazy golden yellow with a huge white head. Aromas of yeast, citris, apples, spices and pears. Light fruity taste, medium body, with a sweetish aftertaste. Light alcohol but the high content is well hidden. A very good beer.

Citrusy-sweet aroma, Belgian yeast, bread-y, light hops. Cloudy medium-light amber with off-white creamy lacing head. Medium-light watery body with heavy carbonation. Light alcohol burn. Starts a little sweet, a little citrusy, with Belgian yeast and spicy notes. Some bitterness comes in with light alcohol taste to finish, and ends up fruity-sweet and smoothly bitter for the aftertaste. Light acidic quality throughout, and is a little light in the malts. Pretty tasty, though.

Bottled @ Staminee de Garre: Hazy yellow coloured. Fluffy white head. Fruitsweetness, malt and a light touch of hops in the aroma. Some vague spice notes. Is yeasty and hoppy in the flavour. Some fruit notes as well. Finishes with some alcahol burnt and a nice touch of malt. My 800 rating btw.
