COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottles: 33cl with crown cap, 75cl with cork and muselet.
Barrels: 15l, 20l and 30l.
Alcohol volume: 8.5% ABV
Colour and sight: Golden blond, multigrain beer with a very persistent, lacing head.
Scent: A complex smell, with a citrus aroma, followed by hop aromas such as Saaz, Brewers Gold and Amarillo.
Flavour: Initially rather sweet, because of the alcohol. The intense taste and roundness mask the presence of high bitterness.

Bottle. Pale ywllow gold with a load of floaty bits, medium white head. Malty aroma, bit of citrus. Flavour is yeasty, malty, some alcohol and a little metal. Slightly watery for the ABV. Not bad but just not great.

Slightly hazy blond. Almost no existent head. Nose full of malt, yeast and alcohol notes. Tongue takes those and adds citrus and floral notes to it. Warming, smooth finish. Good beer.

Aroma is pears and yeast, hazy golden amber, with a small firm white head, and constant bubbles! Some pleasant lace. Strong inoffensive alcohol taste, with some caraway rye highlights, and light fruit. Pleasant mouthfeel, medium bodied, tongue tingle as expected with the style. Good.

Golden colour, big white head with a lot of small bubbles. Nice nose: acidic fruits, spices, and alcohol. Flavour is quite strong and sweet with an alcoholic bitter finish. Certainly not a prime example of the style, but still not too bad. My bottle was 9% ABV.

Strong beer, powefull, very like Delerium, but the alcohol in this one really stands out. I like it, once in a while, but not my favourite.

Bottle. Light hazy golden colour with a medium white head. Yeasty spicy aroma and a sweet yeasty fruity taste. Medium to full body and a sweet light alcoholic finish.
