Darkish golden color, very generous lasting foam head, clear, small fizzy carbonation. Yeasty sourness dominates after final yeast is poured. A: mostly peppers, powdered paprika, faint banana, faint lime, faint marzipan, some yeast. T: starts peppery, tingling mouthfeel, soapy sensation and taste. Develops a peppery bitter, with marzipan slash sour citrus taste. Aftertaste is more fruity, bit dry but overall relatively neutral. Too peppery for me.
