Commercial Description:
A blond-coloured beer containing brewer's yeast, La Jamboise is very pleasant to drink and quite cool to the palate. Connoisseurs, on savouring it, will recognise a touch of the piquant taste so characteristic of mustard seeds.

Hazy yellow coloured, quiet a lot of carbonation and an average white head. Sweet malty aroma, some light herbal yeasty touches. Very nice, full body, smouth with a little sprankling. Finish is light bitter with an unique somewhat tinteling mouthfeel, caused by the spicy undertone (I guess the mustard seeds).Long aftertaste, at the end more piquant. Very nice, I love this one.

(Bottle 33 cl) My version was from now defunct "Les artisans Brasseurs" in Namur - 6% ABV. Golden beer with collossal amounts of floaties, gee this is really lumpy yeast. Stable, dense and oily head - from the mustard seeds? No, this doesn’t taste like Heiz Classic Mustard, but it’s oddly spiced in a way I haven’t really tried before. Decent blond ale, although a bit flat in carbonation with a slight, bitter finish. 150799

(bottle) Hazy and pale orange colour with a big foamy lasting white head. Floral hoppy aroma with citric, yeasty and spicy elements. Medium sweet flavour and carbonation. Initially malty sweet taste with a musty spiced and smooth bitterhoppy finish. A great experience, especially the mustard blended finish.
