Draft. Golden/amber beer with an off-white head. Light noble hop aroma. Malt and caramel flavor with light hops. Medium body. Malt and caramel linger with just a bit of hops.

On tap @ the La Jolla Brewhouse brewpub. Pours gold with lasting bright white head and decent lacing. Excellent looking head in fact. The aroma is mild with malts leaning toward grainy along with a faint spice. The flavor is a medley of notes ranging from mild yeasty spice, faint banana, grainy Munich type malts, a hint of fresh tart lemon and more grainy malts into the finish. Very nice offering. I really enjoyed it.

For a blonde, not bad. It had a good malt flavor that quickly dies out. An interesting note of hops that gives it a unique flavor.
