Jun 19, 2009 A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of spices - especially coriander, combined with notes of yeast. The flavor is sweet with lots of coriander combined with medium notes of malt and caramel, as well as light notes of alcohol, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Aug 7, 2008 Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Mild spiced, hoppy and caramel malty aroma. Smooth and slight yeasty flavour. Light spiced and caramel malty following and goes into a light dry finish.

Jul 31, 2008 Tap @ Liar’s Club Alpine today with Dalekliz, Faro99 and Goldtwins. Pours orange with a tan ring, sweet yeasty nose, nice crisp and light. With some coriander. Not a DIPA, but a great belgian ale.

Feb 18, 2008 Tap @ Liar’s Club Grand Opening. Poured a clear copper color with a white head. The aroma was mildly estery with that Belgian yeast character. Fair amount of floral hops. Belgian yeasty flavor, fruity with floral hops running through. Medium bodied with a mild-moderate bitterness on the finish.

Feb 9, 2008 Draft@Liar’s Club. Poured clear/yellow with a small lasting head. Slightly flat. Sour, and fruity smell and taste, but had an astringent end.
