On tap, a cloudy amber beer with medium head. Aroma is grainy, malty, hints of vanilla, body is medium sweet, nice hops with almond touch. Not bat but mine had a light sourish / sherry note, don’t know if it’s wanted or not.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy, dark amber with average, fizzy off-white head; short retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is cookie and caramel malt, figs, floral hops, and brown sugar. Flavor is mostly malt with faint supporting fruit esters and hops; dry finish. Medium body and carbonation with low warmth.

Flavor is malt dominant, light hops and bitterness, dark fruity esters and a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation, light warmth.

Very trouble amber colour. Very bitter and sour beer, some aromas of caramel.

Bottle bought at the brewery pub. A very cloudy brown beer with a quickly disappearing small white head. Aroma somewhat fresh with caramel and buckwheat? Taste is a bit sour, some caramel sweetness, some bitterness from dark malts and slight alcohol at the end. Not much hops. Still not sure about buckwheat. A nice brew, reminds me a lot of darker beers brewed in Brittany region by Lancelot or Coreff.
